To qualify for this position, you have a friendly personality and love talking to customers you are the central point for all activities, where you work with our customers, employees and management/ownership.
This role is within our customer contact center working with small team (3 to 4) that are the primary driver of leads and appointments for our bath and shower remodel services.
This requires you to be a customer centric individual to work in our office primarily connecting with customers on the phones, meeting customers in the showroom and represent our company at seasonal events with the goal of generating leads and appointments.
Compensation ranges from $21 and $25 per hour with a bonus program that ranges from $100-600 per month bonus.

Responsibilities are broken down in 2 main areas:
Inside Sales
• Accurately schedule sales appointments with a success rate that meets or exceeds defined objectives.
• Have the ability to make 30-50 outbound calls a day to prospective customers.
• Answer all incoming calls from prospective customers promptly and politely.
• Follow up with approximately 20-50 inbound leads per week, that came from television, direct mail, internet, referrals or home shows.
• Follow up on all leads for which an appointment has not been set.
• Follow up on all unsold estimates and reset an appointment for a follow up sales appointment.
• Input and maintain all data related to leads and scheduling in our CRM systems.
• Promote the referral program to all customers and branch employees.
Outside Events
o Be able to comfortably approach and interact with the public.
Be energetic, enthusiastic and have the ability to speak clearly and confidently and have fun doing it.
o Continuously seek ways to increase accurate lead generation through face-to-face interactions with potential customers at trade shows, fairs, festivals, malls and showrooms.
o You must have a flexible work schedule, to work days, weekends and evenings when required.
Schedules are made with advance notice.
o Have reliable transportation (Company provides milage reimbursement)
Requirements
o Strong interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing.
o Detailed with strong organizational skills.
o Proficient computer and Phone skills
o 1-2 years' minimum experience working in a customer service/office setting role, working both on the phone and in person with customers.
o Must be willing to consent to a drug test and criminal background check
