Live-In Caregiver (Post Falls, ID)

Seeking a live-in caregiver for a 77 year old female.
Assitance needed with light exercising, food prep, light cleaning, bathing, transfers.
Looking for someone not afraid to set boundaries and encourage light exercise.
She is not a large woman, but cannot do much for herself.
We are trying to keep her in the home.
Husband is also there, but he is completely self-sufficient.
He just isn't able to take care of her because he is elderly as well.
Our aim is to help her stay inside the home rather than going to a facility.
Caregiver needs to be physically able to lift her and help her transfer from bed to wheelchair and recliner (electric lift chair), etc.
Prefer a female, but open to other options.
Drug free/background check.
Perfect for single person who is looking for safe housing.
Husband goes on weekend trips in camper during the summer months.
Short trips.
Schedule is somewhat flexible.
Pay is negotiable.
Part of compensation is room and board, meals, etc.
There is a private room or a semi-private room.
Shared bathroom with elderly lady.
Husband uses a different bathroom.
Son lives in a different state at this time, but spends many months in Idaho overseeing care.
