*Job Description:*
As a Childcare Teacher at Kootenai Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of the children of our employees.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
* Providing a safe and supportive learning environment for children.
* Communicating effectively with parents to share updates on their child's well-being.
* Monitoring children's health and safety, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
* Fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and hospital colleagues.
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* 6 months of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified preferred.
* Teacher/Care Provider license issued by the City of Coeur d’Alene within 10 days of hire.
* Pediatric First Aid CPR AED card required within 10 days of hire.
