Sandpoint Middle School seeks a full-time substitute teacher to lead instruction in various classes when teachers are absent.
This position will be based at SMS, where most of the assignments will be, but may occasionally work at other schools if there is not a need at SMS on a particular day.
Flexibility and adaptability is required for this position.
We seek a classroom leader with good classroom management skills and a willingness to help out wherever needed.
While a Teaching Certificate is not required, the daily pay rate is higher for those who have an active or expired Teaching Certificate.
The daily pay rate for the 2023/24 school year is $120/day for Substitute Teachers who hold or have a Teaching Certificate, and $110/day for those who do not.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher OR
- 32+ semester credit hours of higher education OR
