Lost orange tabby cat (Post falls)

I lost my orange male tabby cat in Post falls at the woodland meadows apartments near 4th ave and Idaho street.
His name is Tess , and he also goes by tessie or Tesla , he is almost 3 years old, neutered, very sweet and usually pretty shy, especially since he is normally not outside and he is completely new to the area also.
He is half orange half white and about average size.
Please keep an eye out for him especially if you live in the apartment complex or near there in Post falls he's probably lost and scared.
100$ reward if u find him and return him.
Ps If u found him and have gotten attached to him and are having a hard time letting him go I understand, he is a very lovable cat, if that is the case please let me know and I will be happy knowing he is in a happy safe loving place , I will not take him back if that is the situation , but I still need to know what is going on and that he is ok !!!!
