Need help locating my 2001 Hyundai Accent GL (Spokane, WA)

My car was borrowed days ago and has yet to be returned.
As I'm sure it comes as no surprise, my attempts to reach the person driving it have been futile.
His number has been disconnected, and all that sketchy stuff.
Again, it's a 2001 Hyundai Accent GL Plate # BPZ4171 Gray There is a massive dent on the driver's door and a large dent on the rear passenger door, and he likely has a bike either strapped to the top of it or wedged into the backseat.
I suspect it to be around the downtown area, but that is just a semi-educated guess.
I'd be eternally grateful if anyone comes across it and is willing to contact me with its location.
