is looking for a talented Full Time Retail Merchandising Reset Specialist to join our ever-growing team.
Our Retail Merchandising Reset Specialists are responsible for providing Member-Owner retailers with assistance with product placement of new and existing items at their store locations.
This position is responsible for accurate execution in planograms developed by URM and upkeep on removing discontinued items and setting new items on store shelves.
And did we mention that this is a Monday through Friday gig! Well, it is! So, enjoy those weekends off with your friends and family! Frequent travel to include some overnight trips are required!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Travel to retail member stores throughout your assigned region to maintain store products and execute developed planograms.
Maintain full distribution of products on assigned accounts.
Assess and prioritize workloads based on store assignment and client needs.
Work with item placement already on retail shelves, removing any discontinued items from sets.
Successfully execution of planograms, weekly and monthly sales checklists, and implementation of new items carried by the distribution center.
Communicate to Team Lead any additional tasks the Store Team requests.
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to complete Grocery/General Merchandise set work independently without schematics.
Ability to be flexible and making self-available to respond to changing customer needs to prevent unnecessary delays in service.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with all parties involved with our business
Ability to take the initiative on tasks, prioritize multiple competing assignments and proven ability to manage and meet deadlines
Positive attitude with a willingness and ability to contribute to a positive work environment
High level of integrity, ethics, and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds frequently
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
1-3 years Retail Grocery/ GM or - Merchandising experience
