We are a small hardware store located in the west part of the Spokane/Shadle area.
We are known in our neighborhood as the friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable hardware store.
Our customers are our number one priority, as we strive to provide the best customer service in the city.
We are looking for the right individual to add to the team that is hard worker, dedicated, and above all, has a friendly positive attitude.
Garden Center:
Looking for individuals that enjoy working with plants.
Duties are but not limited to: watering and maintaining the plants, putting out garden decorations, unloading plant trucks as they arrive, cashiering, loading soil call outs, moving plants and trees around the garden center as directed by the Garden Manager.
The season will last between March - August/September depending on sales and help needed.
Hardware Store:
Looking for individuals that enjoy working with people and their projects.
The individuals need to be capable or learning: cashiering, key cutting, pipe threading, paint mixing, rental, or any of the other various things we do to help our customers.
The season will last between March - August/September depending on sales and help needed.
Both positions are considered full time seasonal.
This means you will be scheduled for 37 - 40 hours per week during the entire time of the season, plus chance of obtaining overtime.
You will be scheduled with two days off in a row.
Qualifications:
- Able to lift 40 - 80 lbs
- Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (These are our main selling days)
- Able to count back change
- Able to work either opening or closing shifts (We open at 7:30am and close at 7:00pm)
With all our seasonal positions, we may be offer a full time year round benefitted position with the store, this will depend on the needs of the store.
