We are planning to hire a very small team to join our company in Spokane.
Amo Realty is a small "boutique style" national brokerage with small offices servicing 8 states.

We've had the same system for over 16 years: Provide a strong & constant flow of clients to our agents.
We help keep everyone fully booked.
We have a unique lead system where we provide buyer, seller, renter, landlord & Zillow sale leads to our agents.
We typically give our agents: *- Around 3-5+ Spokane area buyer leads per week (There are options for suburbs and outskirts for a higher lead volume)* *- Around 2-3+ Spokane area commercial real estate leads per month* *- Around 2+ Spokane area apartment renter leads per week (Optional)* *- Around 2-3+ Spokane area seller leads per month* * A Washington State Real Estate License is Required * At lease some real estate sales experience is required Apply on Indeed and we'll get back to you asap! How many properties have you sold in 2023? * We provide clients to agents at a 50/50 split.
Agent's own leads start off at a 75% for the first 3 years.
Agents move to a 100% split with a yearly cap of just $5k at the 3 year mark.
