CNC Machinist/Manufacturing

*Job Description:* * Read drawings to properly machine various materials and parts * Communicate with the designated foreman to identify and resolve production issues * Analyze and inspect machined parts to stop problems from presenting further in the production process * Maintain workspace in a clean and organized manner * Set-up and run machinery within given programming requirements * Take routine measurements to ensure adherence to drawing specifications *Qualifications:* * Ability to set-up, program, and run CNC lathes and/or mills * Ability to read drawings and run machines in accordance with work necessity * Ability to monitor own work to ensure adherence to quality standards * Ability to routinely lift up to fifty pounds, maneuver, stretch, and bend * Knowledge of G-Codes and previous experience with GibbsCAM is helpful * Understanding of routine machining and manufacturing processes * Knowledge of general mathematic and machining principles * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * 5 years experience in machining * Must possess or have access to reliable transportation *Benefits Include (waiting period may apply):* * Medical and Dental Insurance * 401K Plan with Company Match * Generous PTO Accrual * Tuition Reimbursement * Profit-Sharing *This Company Describes Its Culture as:* * Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused * Outcome-oriented -- results-focused with strong performance culture * Stable -- traditional, stable, strong processes *COVID-19 Precaution(s):* * Personal protective equipment provided or required * Social distancing guidelines in place * Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place *Available Shifts:* * Day Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.
