Cabinet Assembler

Job Summary: We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join our team.
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for reading blueprints and assembling various components to create finished products.
This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with power tools and other equipment.
Responsibilities: - Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions - Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications - Use power tools and hand tools to complete assembly tasks - Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet standards - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process - Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - Previous experience in assembly or a related field is preferred - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions - Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in assembly work - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely - Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions Skills: - Blueprint reading - Assembly of components - Trim carpentry - Cabinet installation - CNC operation (Computer Numerical Control - Maintenance Person skills - Proficiency with power tools We offer competitive pay rates based on experience.
