Job Responsibilities:
Primary job function includes developing and overseeing day-to-day production schedules, operational activities, and monitoring production to resolve issues.
Ensures that output meets quality standards.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of machines to avoid downtime and delays, ensure production process and machinery are in compliance with customer specifications and professional standards.
Ensure that operational processes stay within agreed upon budgets and timelines.
Attend and initiate project meetings as required.
Qualifications:
2 Year Associates Degree in a manufacturing related field and 5 years in a personnel management role is preferred.
Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, processes, and engineering concepts preferred.
Highly organized
Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office software application
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
