ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The OT Systems Administrator's essential functions will include the following:
Support, monitor, and maintain the OT network infrastructure across the manufacturing facility.
Support, monitor, and maintain the OT data centers across the manufacturing facility.
Support, monitor, and maintain the cybersecurity systems across the manufacturing facility.
Work with IT and OT personnel to maintain the OT network and OT system integrity across the manufacturing facility.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Comply with all safety, quality and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
EDUCATION
An undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
This Individual will possess the following:
3+ years of experience maintaining essential IT and OT network operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, and engineering workstations.
Ability to analyze and suggest recommended improvements to the industrial control system programs and systems to meet industry standards and best practices.
Experience with Industrial networks and Industrial control systems technologies.
Experience with OT security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, and log management.
Experience with common industrial network protocols, including Modbus TCP and Ethernet IP.
Experience with industrial network switches and wireless technologies.
Experience with VMware Virtualization technologies.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and production.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate and lead external contract resources in an industrial manufacturing environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Approximately 75% of the job function is performed in an office, and 25% of the job function is required in the plant, requiring standard safety precautions.
