Project Supervisor

```Responsibilities``` - Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Create and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Monitor and control project through administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Review the work progress on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
```Qualifications``` - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Project Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Proficient in construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, construction estimating, HeavyBid, and contract management.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
