$700 Large RV Space for rent (Spirit Lake)

$700 a month for a large RV lot on our small family farm.
6 month lease.
First and half of last month ($350) and $100 refunable deposit due at signing.
$100 non-refundable pet fee for each dog and/or approved farm animals - we can discuss details.
Cats welcome at your own risk.
Price includes garbage dump sticker, water and septic.
Electric has a separate meter and is due every month.
