Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
- Provide clerical support such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and managing correspondence
- Assist with personal tasks for executives, including scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
- Coordinate and plan company seminars
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining office equipment
- Coordinate projects by tracking progress, communicating with team members, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by greeting them warmly and providing assistance as needed
- Perform various administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Macintosh Computeres preferred
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
