*Drafter/Designer (Civil Engineering)* *$20-$34 per hour DOE* Welch Comer & Associates, Inc is a 100% employee-owned company (ESOP).
*This full-time position has benefits and a flexible, condensed 4.
5-day workweek.

*Who are we looking for?* Welch Comer Engineers seeks a full-time Drafter/Designer for our growing office that will be a key player in preparing project drawings.
If you have experience in this field, have a positive attitude, and are looking for an opportunity for career development, this is the opportunity for you! *Required Education and Experience:* · A minimum of five years computer-aided drafting (CAD) and/or MicroStation experience.
· Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
· Experience in Civil Engineering is required [MH1]including water/sewer systems, stormwater, and transportation.
· Strong self-motivation instincts and verbal communication skills with team members.
· The ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a challenging and dynamic environment is essential.
*Key Responsibilities:* · Creating CAD designs of civil engineering projects such as roadways, water lines, sewer lines, right-of-way, etc.
· Working directly with engineers, drafters, and survey team to create, review and maintain civil engineering drawings.

5 times hourly rate for hours worked over 40 per week.
