About The Role Summary Position is responsible to aid in the design and implementation of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program for the Corporation including working with each Division, CRA officer, Glacier Managers and CRA Coordinators.
Position will develop and oversee policies and procedures on CRA data collection efforts, including tracking of loans, services and donations.
Position will perform necessary CRA analysis to identify potential 'gaps' and opportunities for the Bank.
Position will help manage CRA systems utilized by the bank.
Position will assist in compiling an annual performance context, create periodic reports for management teams and bank leadership and consult with management and department heads regarding CRA issues.
CRA Compliance officer will monitor new legislative and administrative developments and provide training and leadership to staff regarding CRA rules, requirements and update policies and procedures as needed.
This is a Corporate position which may be located at an available bank division location across our eight-state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA, or WY.
The entry rate for this position is $ 66,311.
82+ / per year (calculated for Kalispell, MT).
Description Perform frequent data analysis for performance tracking Manage CRA systems utilized by the bank Act as a resource to Division on CRA related matters and provides guidance during CRA related meetings Maintain policies and procedures pertaining to CRA data collection and reporting activities Perform periodic reviews of CRA related data for accuracy and provides feedback to Divisions for areas of improvement Conduct frequent analysis on CRA lending, investment and service progress in Glacier's Assessment Areas Provide reports, data and guidance to the Glacier Board and management on the CRA program and recommend enhancements Conduct necessary research for new rules, regulations, standards, etc.
Coordinate and work with examiners during FDIC visitations and exams Assist with the submission of the CRA data Support CRA related training bank wide including training to Glacier Board About You Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education Required/Preferred Education Level Description Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experience Required/Preferred Experience Level Description Required 5 years Minimum of five years of banking required.
Preferred Advanced Experience Prior work experience maintaining data within a complex database and associated systems Preferred Should possess in-depth knowledge of the banking regulations, and ability to assess and address compliance risks of various bank products and services, customer types, and banking transactions.

Additional Requirements Travel Occasional travel required: (less than 10 days per year) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities.
