Law Clerk - Government Contractor

Law Clerk – Government Contractor POSITION DESCRIPTION: Intelligence Federal is a fast-growing government contracting company seeking a Law Clerk to support a Government Agency who is technically proficient and competent, friendly, people-focused, team player, and attentive to our clients' needs.
JOB DUTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda focusing on civil and criminal health care fraud prosecutions.
Assist with court hearings, meetings with opposing counsel, depositions, and all other events.
Under the supervision of attorneys, the candidate will participate in court hearings, moot courts, and other events.
SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust Clearance.
Must be a US Citizen.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS & SELECTION CRITERIA JD required.
Proficient in litigation discovery software and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Adobe PDF.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work well within groups handling large volume of work.
Ability to work independently.
