-- We meet in person - no initial charge - and determine if we can do your will and POA.
-- You will need to come back after it is drafted to sign in front of witnesses.
Very simply, if what you need is too complex, we will either charge more or send you to someone else.
But it is still better than using a form or a software program, because a Lawyer is going to determine what you need.
