Client Case Manager

Our personal injury law firm is searching for a organized, personable and driven individual to join our team.
Fielding Law Group helps serve the Washington and Idaho areas.
This is a fully remote position and will be working directly with clients and providers as they proceed through their treatment process after injury.
Responsibilities: * · Work with clients who are experiencing chronic, complex medical, and/or behavioral health issues * · Manage approximately 60-75 client caseload; develop care plans and document client activities, contacts, and ensure accuracy of client record * · Monitor cases on a continuous basis and work with interpreters as needed * · Advocate with agencies or persons to help clients receive appropriate benefits or services * Organizing and maintaining documents in an electronic filing system * · When faced with multiple competing demands, you possess the ability to triage and prioritize clients’ needs and competing work assignments so they are addressed in a timely manner * · When faced with challenging work, you possess the skill and ability to practice self-care to promote and maintain a healthy work-life balance to ensure optimal health and well-being Experience of the following can be beneficial: * · Case Manager * · Counselor * · Social Work * · Nursing/Healthcare * · Counseling * · Management/Administration * · Customer Service Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.
