*Position Overview:* We're currently on the lookout for dedicated caregivers to become an integral part of our team.
As an in-home caregiver, you'll play a crucial role in delivering essential care and support to seniors within the familiar surroundings of their homes.
Your responsibilities will encompass assisting with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and offering companionship.
Our aim is to match you with a permanent client, ensuring a comfortable and supportive caregiving experience.
*Requirements:* * Minimum of one year of caregiving experience, preferably with senior clients.
* Must be reliable as our clients depend on you to show up for your assigned shifts.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to scheduled shifts.
Our clients are located from Cheney to the ID border and as far north as Chattaroy and Deer Park and all locations in between.
* Commitment to work a 4, 8, or 12-hour day shift (8:00 am to 8:00 pm), or a 12-hour night shift (non-sleeping) from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.
We work to match you with a schedule that best meets your availability based on our clients needs.
* Willing to commit to *at least* 20 hours a week and set days you are available to allow us to match you to an ideal client and schedule.
(Overtime is available) * Hourly Pay: $16.
75 to $19.
00 (based on certifications and experience) * Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
* For non-certified applicants with one year of caregiver experience, we offer the HCA course free of charge to our employees.
