Legacy1864 is a team of dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care to our elderly and dementia residents.
We serve 20-25 residents at Willow Grove Assisted Living, located in North Spokane.
We work with high medical needs as well as Traumatic Brain injury clients.

Work 6am-10pm Saturday and Sunday.

* Responsibilities include:
* ADL’s, lifting up to 40 lbs, proficiency in caregiving tasks
* Med techs with Nurse Delegation and med pass experience
* Behavior Management and redirection
* Engagement and interaction with our residents, helping to make their lives great!
* Assistance with eating/feeding residents who have need
* Documentation, Organization, paper flow
* Positivity, eager to learn, willingness to grow, and desire to have fun while providing exceptional care
* Team Player
* The right team member possesses the following requirements:
* HCA, CNA, or NAR w/2011 exemption letter OR;
* Willingness to complete classes (we provide all courses and training to new caregivers with a starting wage of $18/hr)
* CPR, 1st aide, Specialty trainings
* Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, work in a fast paced environment, problem solve, and work well within a team
* Must perform proficiently and competently with our clients and maintain a professional working relationships with associates
* Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
* Excellent communication and team work
* Be able to pass criminal background check and drug testing
