*Job Description:* The Janitorial Technician will provide commercial custodial services in the Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls areas as a member of a team responsible for meeting the janitorial specifications of each building’s contract.
The janitorial duties include, but are not limited to, cleaning restrooms, mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning glass, and buffing.

*Essential Job Duties:*
* Cleaning restrooms, mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning glass, buffing, restocking paper products, tracking inventory and paper product usage.
* May assist with carpet extracting.
* Assist supervisor in making sure any rework required is completed as requested and in a timely fashion.
* May assist in performing general maintenance of equipment.
*Job Requirements:*
* High school graduation or its equivalent preferred.
* Paid experience as a janitor preferred.
* Must be able to complete timesheet.
* Must understand the use of the chemicals commonly used on the job.
* Must be able to adapt to schedule changes.
* Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
on a regular basis.
* Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
* Attend scheduled meetings and trainings.
* Must be able to stand on concrete floors for long periods of time.
* Interactions with co-workers, Supervisor and customers must be positive, respectful, and considerate.
All staff are expected to positively represent Tesh.
* Must complete and obtain clearance for Criminal History, with fingerprinting, employment references, and pre-hire drug screen required.

*Schedule:*
* Full-time and part-time positions are available in the Coeur d’ Alene and Post Falls area.
* Hours are evenings, working Monday - Friday from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
* During the summer and school breaks, daytime hours may be required.
*Wage: *Starting at $10.
00 per hour
*Benefits:*
* $500 Sign on Bonus after 90 Days employment for Full-time
* $250 Sign on Bonus after 90 Days employment Part-time
* Employees working an average of 25 hours/week for three months will be eligible for pro-rated health care benefits including medical, dental, and vision.
* Paid holiday, sick, and vacation are also pro-rated.
* If working 36 hours per week or more, eligible for full benefits.
