Pay: Monthly draw Bonus pay Schedule: 5 day work week Monday - Saturday; 1 weekday off either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday Operating hours of the store Monday - Friday 10 AM - 8 PM Saturday 9 AM - 7 PM Responsibilities: Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Build strong rapport with customers.
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles.
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis Answer customer leads and questions via the internet and assist in answering their questions.
Work with customers on the phone to set appointments and answer any product questions.
Meet KPIs in phone calls made per day, appointments set per day, and cars sold per month.
Additional duties as assigned.
