Some of your job duties will include:
Engage in selling products and services that enhance the client's desired outcome
Help facilitate product knowledge and installation techniques
Actively communicate with our clients in a positive and complete manner
Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
Willingness to share department responsibilities in order to meet deadlines
Seek opportunities to improve the client's experiences with Ziggy's
Qualifications:
Previous inside sales, service, support experience helpful
Computer skills that include Microsoft Office
Self-motivated and self-managed to maximize time and daily activities
Possess a high level of organization and detailed task review for quality assurance
Positive and cheerful customer service with strong communication skills
Working knowledge of building and home improvement products and services
Eager to share what you know and a willingness to learn from others
Organized, self-starter who thinks independently and solves problems
Strong in math, reading and writing are essential
Able to work weekends and holidays as needed
