*Administrative Assistant* *Fellowship Financial Planning* *Spokane, WA* *Job Description* *Administrative Sales Assistant* *Fellowship Financial Planning* *Coeur d’Alene, Idaho* *Job Description* Fellowship Financial Planning is looking for an Administrative Sales Assistant to help with the organization of the day-to-day operations at the Coeur d’Alene branch of our firm.
Primary job responsibilities include processing paperwork, submitting financial transactions, and servicing existing clients over the phone.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized with an entrepreneurial spirit able to undertake a variety of office and business support tasks for a team of financial advisors.
This person will operate with a high degree of autonomy and will require attention to detail, and be competent in completing and submitting documents, communicating with clients and vendors over the phone and via email, and providing general support for a growing financial services firm.
This candidate will be trained in financial service terminology and concepts, so an extensive background or experience in finance is not required.
The candidate must be willing to support business growth with client service calls and may be asked to pass a state life insurance licensing exam.
Position to start as soon as possible.
Hours will be 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday with holidays off.
Work location is in the Harbor Plaza business center off Northwest Blvd in Coeur d’Alene.
Potential to work or attend team meetings at the main firm office in Spokane, WA.
*Job Responsibilities* \* Assist advisor team with processing paperwork and follow up on financial transactions \* Schedule and prep advisor for client meetings \* Resolve errors and internal issues with various custodians and vendors \*Answer phone and perform receptionist duties \* Greeting clients and ensuring positive client experience \* Service call current clients to ensure needs are met \* Develop understanding of the 403(b)-investment vehicle and assist with vendor paperwork and management \* Organize office and monitor supply levels, restock when needed \* Develop knowledge of life insurance and assist with process to submit and follow up on applications *Required Skills and Qualifications* \* Proven experience as an office or executive assistant, or desire to advance in financial services industry \* Proficient in Microsoft Office \* Ability to learn new software or client management programs \* Excellent organizational and time management skills \* Excellent written and verbal communication skills \* Professional phone skills \* Able to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task \* Able to follow instructions and work well with others \* Must have high school diploma or GED; Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree preferred *Compensation and Benefits* \* Annual Salary: $38,000 starting based on experience \* Employer health and dental insurance plan \* 401(k) with generous employer match \* Flexibility to schedule vacations or take time off Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $38,000.
