Ideal candidate will have:
* Customer service or inside sales experience in a related field.

* Hydraulic hose and fittings knowledge.
* Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and communication skills.
What you'll do:
* Greet and sell product to retail or wholesale customers at our store's front counter.
* Prepare customer sales orders, quote prices, record cash payments on cash register and card payments on credit card machine.
* Determine stock levels, suggest alternative manufacturer products depending on customer pricing and timeline needs.
* Investigate and resolve customer problems with returns or exchanges.
* Assist with order fulfillment as necessary, including hose fabrication and picking parts.
* Answer phones as directed for inside sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.
00 - $25.
00 per hour
