POSITION DESCRIPTION:*
He’s The Solution Ministries is looking for a dynamic, innovative person to create, direct, and implement marketing strategies for the ministry and the annual Be Bold for Jesus Conference.
We are seeking someone who will think outside the box to grow the ministry and the conference to gain awareness, increase attendance of the conference and expand the conference to regional locations.
The objectives of the Marketing Director role are the following: Goal setting, strategic planning, communication, creative leadership and implementation, managing ministry metrics, and promoting the conference to obtain full capacity attendance.
This is an on-site job located in Coeur d Alene, Idaho.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Create high quality graphic materials used for but not limited to brochures, posters, event programs, social media, website, and billboards.
* Develop messaging and create copy for all marketing channels.
* Create email drip campaigns to help promote the Be Bold for Jesus Conference.
* Run weekly ministry meetings with PowerPoint slides and ministry metrics.
* Directly manage Marketing Associate Virtual Assistant to oversee social media content and video editing for sermons, podcasts and past conference speaker videos.
* Direct and assist with video creation and editing for the ministry and Be Bold for Jesus Conference.
* Design, purchase and manage merchandise including apparel and accessories for the Be Bold for Jesus Conference.
* Work with the Conference Event Manager to develop sponsorship materials.
* Maintain current websites (hesthesolution.
com, bb4J.
com) in WordPress with relevant images and content.
* A passion for and commitment to a relationship with Jesus and application of the Scripture.
Requirements:
* A mature, strong and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
* A prayer life that seeks God’s wisdom and direction in all decision making.
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
* A minimum of 5 years Marketing or Advertising experience.
* Gifted in expressing the vision and message through compelling visual and text.
* Proficient knowledge in running Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
* Proficient knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Microsoft products, Asana or task management software.
* Knowledgeable in website editing, Facebook Pixel and UTM tracking.
* Strong visionary, planning, and organizational skills.
* Effective team builder and motivator.
* Strong communicator, both written and oral.
