This position is responsible for the sales of commercial HVAC after market parts.
The Parts Outsides Sales role requires extensive product knowledge and technical experience within the commercial HVAC industry.
Job Duties
Visits jobsites and builds lasting relationships with building owners/ facility managers to increase replacement parts sales and to create new sales opportunities
Generate new business by creating positive and sustainable client relationships via meetings, tradeshows, one-on-one interactions and factory visits
Develops and consistently improves pricing strategy for facility management companies/ returning customers
Create marketing strategies in partnership with sales department and factory personnel
Negotiates product pricing with factories to ensure highest profit margin
Manage parts pipeline based on projects that are approaching warranty lapse
Acquires BOM from manufacturers for existing equipment and determines sales opportunities
Supports warranty Parts orders and process
Provide technical expertise/assistance regarding product application
Responsible for maintaining and developing product knowledge
Excellent customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $50,000 - $60,000 per year with bonus opportunities dependent on performance
