In this position, you will learn how to use the unique marketing tools Hayden Outdoors provides, how to convert buyer and seller leads, how to deliver a top-notch real estate experience to clients, and how to develop a skill set that is specific to the farm and ranch real estate niche.
*Responsibilities:*
* Nurture incoming buyer leads via email, calls, and consistent follow-up
* Nurture existing database to procure appointments
* Establish, develop, and maintain customer relationships
* Set client appointments for the lead listing agent
* Prepare marketing materials and maps for client appointments
* Assist with buyer showings, open houses, and property inspections
* Assist the lead listing agent during listing appointments
* Assist broker with providing client services including sign installations, MLS lockbox deliveries, paperwork delivery, photos
