Position Summary ***This full time, outside sales position will be aligned to hospitals in the Spokane and Couer d'Alene areas.
As a Clinical Sales Liaison, you will be assigned to selected hospitals where you will develop and maintain relationships with physicians, social workers, discharge planners and other referral sources to facilitate patient discharge and coordinate patient care to ensure a smooth transition from a medical facility back into the home.
As a Clinical Sales Liaison you will … - Provide initial patient/caregiver training on our therapy services and technology.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and participate in the institution's quality assurance/performance improvement initiatives as requested.
- Look for new account opportunities and expand business relationships within existing accounts.
- Maintain and grow core therapy admissions through customer relationships and provide responsive customer service within assigned hospitals.
- - Work closely with the Territory Manager or Regional Sales Manager to present and negotiate therapy programs.

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Basic computer skills Preferred Qualifications - Sales experience.
- Specialty pharmacy experience Education HS or GED required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred.
Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $60,400.
00 - $124,100.
00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
