Sales Representative

*Sales Representative* Palmer Construction is looking for a highly motivated and competitive Sales Associate, you will be one of the public faces of the company and will be responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers.

*Benefits and Compensation* * Flexible Hours * Guaranteed base pay for 90 days while in Training program * Commission only after 90 days with an excellent growth plan on commission structure * Unlimited Income Potential * Paid Out of Town Conference Training upon availability and performance * Individual personal and professional coaching *Responsibilities & Duties of the Position* * Inspecting and documenting information from the client’s home in our CRM * Identifying damages to the exterior and/or roof structure of the home.
* Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections and educating them on materials, insurance claim processes, agreements, estimates and contracts.
* Consistently communicating with homeowners from the first point of contact to closing.
*Qualifications/Requirements* * Must have Sales experience * Must have a driver’s license and vehicle * Must be comfortable interacting face-to-face with clients.
* Must be enthusiastic and customer service oriented.
* Must have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
* Must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Must have the ability to handle, lift, and climb ladders.
* Must have the physical ability to stoop or crawl into attic spaces.
* Experience using basic tools or willingness to learn.
* Independent nature, self-discipline, and excellent time management skills (representatives create and manage their own work schedule).
* Must be computer literate and updated with current programs: OUTLOOK, MICROSOFT, COMMUNICATION PLATFORMS SUCH AS SLACK, AND ESTIMATING AND CRMs * Must have a smartphone capable of taking pictures/videos during home inspections.
