We are currently looking for an Account Manager, for Coldwell Banker.
This is a US based remote position with 50% travel throughout the sales territory.
The candidate hired must reside within the territory ( WA, OR, ID, MT, AK).
The Account Manager is an enthusiastic and driven individual who is passionate about the Real Estate and franchise industry.
They will be working in close collaboration with Coldwell Banker Affiliated Broker/Owners in a designated area.
The Account Manager will be responsible for understanding the needs of their customers and providing them the best solutions in line with Coldwell Banker’s value proposition.
Additionally, they will be leveraging the Anywhere shared services to provide franchisees with business solutions, technology solutions, data solutions, and learning solutions.
The Account Manager is expected to be self-motivated and results oriented.
Responsibilities:
Develop and expand relationship with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Brokers within a defined geographical territory that is subject to change based on market conditions and resources
Understand customer business goals and connect brand/company platform as part of solution
Proactively position and differentiate our products, tools and systems to reinforce the value proposition both within Coldwell Banker and across Anywhere
Account Manager should lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company team members where appropriate
Enlist the support of shared services in the areas of Financial Planning & Analysis and Strategic Growth
Responsible for supporting renewal efforts with brokers in identified territory
Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management
Account Managers will partner with Coldwell Banker’s dedicated transition team to support on-boarding for new franchisees
Exhibit and maintain an expert level of knowledge of Coldwell Banker’s products and current market conditions in order to leverage the brand system offerings and add value to customers
Account Managers should always look to find better ways to provide service and always strive to achieve exceptional results
Respond to all inquiries from brokers, internal brand staff and shared service teams in a timely manner through different communication vehicles including video, phone and text
Create and maintain working positive relationships throughout the Broker’s business and staff within the organization
Maintain and increase broker satisfaction ratings
Promote events, training offerings and other initiatives to brokers
Travel required to successfully manage book of business
Obsess about growth while supporting our network of agents and franchise owners; promote Coldwell Banker recruiting opportunities
Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of account management, B2B sales, strongly preferred
Real Estate Industry experience a plus
Proven customer relationship, influence management and conflict resolution skill
Maintain a consistent and logical approach to problem solving; Identify the problem quickly and accurately; Listen carefully to all relevant information; Analyze the situation and assess possible solutions
Strong communication, including the ability to present yourself on camera professionally and social media skills (written and verbal)
Strong presentation skills in both virtual and in person settings
Strong technical skills including all virtual platforms with video
Required to be on video camera for the majority of the day

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Field-based position with ability to travel up to 50%
Ability to take on additional responsibility or special projects

Compensation Range:
$80,000 - $85,000 ; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
