*Job Summary*: We are actively seeking a self-motivated, Washington State licensed insurance broker.
This role will be 100% outbound sales focused, ideal for those with a knack for prospecting and turning leads into loyal customers.

*Key Responsibilities*:
* Initiate and drive outbound sales campaigns targeting potential clients.
* Utilize lead databases, cold calling, and other sales techniques to generate new business.
* Analyze prospective clients' insurance needs and offer tailored solutions from American Family's diverse product suite.
* Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Attend regular training sessions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and American Family products.
* Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
*Qualifications*:
* Must possess a valid Washington State insurance broker license.
* Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Resilient and persistent with the ability to handle rejection.
* Detail-oriented with a dedication to accuracy and compliance.
*Compensation*:
* Base salary: $35,000-45,000
* Competitive commission structure.
